As we approach the 2024 Annual Convocation of the Grand Chapter Royal Arch Masons of Ohio, this is a friendly reminder to ensure that you have completed your registration and reserved your meals for the event.

• Registration & Meal Reservation Deadline: September 23, 2024

Meal Information:

Please ensure that you complete and submit the attached Meal Ticket Order Form by the deadline to secure your meal preferences during the session. The form includes options for breakfasts, lunches, and the Wednesday Night Banquet, with choices including Vegetarian Lasagna, Mahi-Mahi, or Beef Tenderloin. Meal reservations can also be made online here.

Note: All meals will be served at the hotel. Meal tickets will be available for pickup at the registration area. Meals must be reserved and paid for by the deadline.
