Service Award Certificate 25 – 45 Year.
The certificate is provided for the Chapter to provide recognition for those Companions having obtained years of service to Royal Arch Masonry in Ohio. Fill in the blanks as follows:
•Full Name of Recipient
•Chapter Name and Number
•Select the year of the service award
•The High Priest, Secretary, and District Deputy Grand High Priest can sign the certificate or their names can be typed in when needed.
•The Date of the Award Recognition
•The certificate can be printed, signed and framed for a nice recognition.
